Each classroom choice a country. Our class chose England because the Summer Olympics are in London, England this year. We had passports that we used to visit each country's table. We learned facts about the countries at one of our on-site activities. The last week of summer school we had an on-site activity called " Around the World in 80 Plates". We tasted food from each country. Our class shared foods from England. We had English tea, shortcake, bisquits and crumpets with jam.
